美國 FCC FCC 是美國聯邦通信委員會（ Federal Communication Commission ）的縮寫，成立於 1934 年，它主要對無線電、通信等進行管理與控制，屬政府機構，有執法權。它與政府、企業合作制定 FCC 法規、標準。 FCC 認證是美國 EMC 強制性認證 , 主要針對 9K-3000GHZ 的電子電器產品，內容涉及無線電、通信等各方面，特別是無線通信設備和系統的無線電干擾問題，包括無線電干擾限值與測量方法，以及認證體系與組織管理制度等。 受 FCC 管制的產品，例如：個人電腦、 CD 播放機、影印機、收音機、傳真機、視頻遊戲機、電子玩具、電視機及微波爐等產品。這些產品按用途被劃分為 CLASS A 、 CLASS B 兩大類， A 類為用於商務或工業用途的產品， B 類為用於家庭用途的產品， FCC 對 B 類產品法規要求更嚴格 , 限值低與 A 類。 認證方式 1 、 Verification ：製造商或進口商確保其產品進行了必要的檢測，以確認產品符合相關的技術標準並保留檢測報告。 測試場地需要ＦＣＣ ＬＩＳＴＥＥ．所有經過認可的場地都公佈在官方網上。 2 、 DOC ：設備負責方（一般為製造商或進口商）在 FCC 指定的合格檢測機構對產品進行測試，以確保設備符合相關的技術標準並保留檢測報告。 這是目前使用最廣泛，最常見的方式。涉及產品較多。 出證機構必須有ＮＶＬＡＰ／Ａ２ＬＡ的授權．（所有經過授權的實驗室都可在網上查詢．） 3 、 CERTIFICATION ： TCB 對申請者提交的樣品（或照片）及檢測資料進行審核，如果符合 FCC 規則，則給設備授權一個 FCC ID 號碼。適用於認證的設備包括各類短距離，低功率發射器，無繩電話、藍牙設備， WLAN 設備 等。 如果某設備適用於兩種或三種認可種類，則由負責方選擇。 具體產品認證方式 TV broadcast receiver....................................
